Last night I had the priviledge to go over to Landmark's Gridiron Kickoff Preview. It really was a great event. The guest speaker for the evening was ESPN's Rece Davis. Rece is a CoC guy, and is a great speaker. I really enjoyed listening to him talk. He told stories about Trev Alberts, Mark May, and Lou Holtz. He also talked about some of the contenders for the National Title this year. By the way, he made no mention of my beloved Miami Hurricanes. That's okay though, because he didn't mention FSU either. After it was over, Bobby Mathews and I had our picture made with him. Some guy took the picture and did a great job of centering it. Nice job chopping my arm off there old fella. I think he also put it on some setting where it made me look about 25 lbs heavier. Oh well.
